The beach in Grand Fond remains one of the most intriguing of the island’s beaches, where swimming is discouraged due to the many large and small rocks in the water. But a brisk walk along the rounded stones on the shore, where you are caressed by the wind and embraced by the sound of the surf, is a pleasant way to get rejuvenated.
